1. What is the status of my order?
Don't worry!! Click here to check the status of your order with the tracking number you received in your "Out For Delivery" email.
1. How long will it take to get my order?
We will send out your order the next business day we receive it. Then it will probably take 3-4 days for you to receive the shipment.
1. Where will my order be shipped from?
We are located in the United States.
1. Do you offer International Shipping?
Unfortunately, right now we do not. We will in the near future!
1. How do I return my order?
We accept returns, but you must provide your own return shipping label. Then, if we believe your order is still in good condition, we will provide you with the total amount of your purchase in store credit.
1. How do I exchange my order?
We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, you may return your order and you will be given store credit for the order amount.
1. Why did I only receive part of my order?
It's on its way!! There are times some orders will be sent out separate due to size. Don't worry, you will get all the necessary tracking numbers for all your items!
1. What do I do if my order is damaged?
First off, we are so sorry to hear about that. We try to do our best with everything we can, but we are human and we can make mistakes. Please let us make it right! Give us an email at support@averyjaneboutique.com and we will get everything sorted out, at no cost of your own.
